What you are buying

You are purchasing a digital product: a personalised pencil-style portrait of your dog, delivered as high-resolution digital image files by email.

The portrait is created from the photo you upload and personalised with the dog's name you provide. You will receive 3–4 versions.

No physical product is included. Physical prints are not available at this time — but the files are sized so you can take them to any print shop.

Delivery

Your finished portrait will be delivered to the email address you provide within 24–48 hours of your order being placed and payment confirmed.

Occasionally, delivery may take a little longer — for example if we need to contact you about your photo. We will always let you know if this applies to your order.

If you haven't received your portrait within 48 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us at hello@dogmemorialgifts.co.uk.

Your photo

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it for this purpose.

We accept photos up to 10MB. We reserve the right to decline orders where the photo is of insufficient quality to produce a faithful portrait — in which case we will contact you to request a replacement.

Your photo is used only to create your portrait and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Licence to use your portrait

Upon delivery, you are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use, display, and print your portrait for personal use.

You may not sell, redistribute, or use the portrait for commercial purposes.

Dog Memorial Gifts retains copyright in the portrait.

Accuracy and revisions

We take care to create portraits that faithfully resemble your dog. Every portrait is reviewed before delivery.

If your portrait does not accurately resemble your dog, or if something isn't as you expected, please contact us and we will create a revised version at no additional cost. Please see our Remakes Policy for full details.

Limitation of liability

Dog Memorial Gifts' liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
